The Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center has appointed former Chief
Operating Officer, Brian Coulter as Chief Executive Officer. Brian replaces Dr. Carrolee Barlow.
Brian Coulter is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with experience in the non-profit sector, for-profit sector, and federal government. With a formal education in finance, real estate, and business law, as well as Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, he has both academic and practical real-world experience. In addition, Mr. Coulter has provided leadership to multiple non-profits as a member of the board of directors, often holding the treasurer position.
