Referral Information for Outside Physicians

The Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center develops and maintains strong working relationships with referring health care professionals. We aim to accommodate outside patients in a timely manner, knowing we can diagnose and address the symptoms of Parkinson’s very effectively.

Reasons for referral may include any of the following:

• Primary diagnosis of, or to rule out, a movement disorder
• Second opinion on a diagnosis of a movement disorder
• Complete management of a movement disorder
• Potential clinical trial candidate
