Give in Honor or Memorial of a Loved One

Tribute gifts can be given by mail, phone, or online credit card donation. Please be sure to provide the names and addresses of anyone who you wish to receive an acknowledgment of your donation. If making this donation online, include this information in the online form.

To show our appreciation for an honor or memorial gift, a letter is sent to the donor to acknowledge the gift, as well as to any persons that the donor indicates should receive an acknowledgment card.
